Customers of AccuImage, LLC can log and manage support requests online. Customer can register for an account at the link below. Search Knowledgebase for solutions to common issues, log a new support ticket, or check the status of an existing support ticket. Enter as much detail as possible for the issue being reported and upload files such as screenshots and logs through our HelpDesk system.

In our Customer Portal, you can take advantage of the following services:

  • Open support requests for software and hardware.
  • Track open support tickets.
  • Search our online Knowledgebase for quick help with common questions.
  • Open a file request to receive a copy of one of your documents that are being scanned in the AccuImage Service Bureau.
  • Request a pickup of boxes to be scanned in the AccuImage Service Bureau.
  • Request a return of boxes that have been scanned in the AccuImage Service Bureau.
